What I'm looking for
I’m an IT support and operations professional who supports users and troubleshoots platform and access issues, often working remotely with international teams in fast-paced logistics and banking environments. I’m known for incident documentation, user account support, and turning complex access problems into clear next steps.
Since February 2024, I’ve been working as a Freelance IT Technician—handling PC setup, Windows installation, driver configuration, software setup, and system optimization. I also do hands-on hardware diagnostics and repairs, from RAM upgrades and HDD/SSD replacement to motherboard swaps and peripheral troubleshooting.
Alongside that, I’ve coordinated logistics operations at Lean Solutions Group since November 2021 by troubleshooting application, connectivity, and account-related issues for drivers and field users. I use transportation management systems (TMS), MacroPoint, and TextLocate to monitor operations, resolve user issues, and maintain accurate shipment visibility, while keeping incident documentation and operational records up to date.
Earlier, at Scotiabank (Jan–Oct 2021), I handled secure account access requests by following banking compliance and MFA procedures, including credential resets and escalation of suspicious activity. I build with that same mindset through projects like a Splunk SIEM home lab and VirtualBox-based administration practice, and I’m currently working toward CompTIA Security+ while developing blue team and cybersecurity skills.
