What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote (or onsite) customer support role where I can handle inbound/outbound communications, resolve complaints, maintain CRM-quality records, and improve customer experience using active listening and problem-solving.

I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with experience handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing inbound and outbound communications. I build strong client relationships through clear communication, active listening, and consistent follow-up.

Across roles in customer service and sales, I’ve supported clients from first contact through resolution—answering questions, providing accurate information, and coordinating documentation for smooth transactions. I’ve also used CRM and customer data management to keep records accurate, timely, and action-ready.

In customer-facing environments, I’ve managed performance targets and promoted additional products and services through upselling. I’m comfortable supporting office operations and collaborating with teams to maintain service standards in fast-paced settings.

Alongside this, I’ve continued growing in digital communication by creating content, responding to audience feedback, and using analytics and performance metrics to improve delivery. With my BSc in Statistics and training in communication and customer service, I’m excited to leverage these strengths in a remote customer support role.
