I’m looking for a remote customer support role where I can deliver excellent service—responding fast, resolving complaints professionally, and keeping accurate records—while contributing to team success and learning support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.

I’m a customer-focused professional with strong experience in customer service, administrative support, and client relationship management. I handle customer inquiries via email and in-person interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels through clear communication and careful follow-through.

In my roles, I’ve maintained accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborated with teams to keep service operations running smoothly, and supported billing, invoicing, data entry, filing, and document management. I’m also eager to work remotely and independently, and I’m willing to learn tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk to deliver even better support.
