At FEMTECH Information Technology, I resolve 30+ customer technical issues and support 60+ devices weekly through phone, ticketing, remote access, and hands-on troubleshooting.

I configure and maintain network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, printers, storage, mobile devices, laptops, and peripherals. I also reproduce software issues in test environments, document findings, and escalate confirmed defects.

I translate technical problems into clear, customer-friendly explanations and provide user training on software, hardware, troubleshooting procedures, and Records Management Systems. I have trained four users and students to date.

Earlier, I supported customer needs as a Sales Representative and supervised eight security personnel at Skyboss Security Company, strengthening my communication, documentation, incident response, and operational coordination skills.
