I’m an IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience providing desktop, network, hardware, software, and remote support across telecommunications, manufacturing, and sales industries. I’m known for troubleshooting quickly, resolving incidents, and keeping IT operations reliable in fast-paced environments.
