What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service, call center, appointment setting, or virtual assistant role where I can use outbound calling, CRM management, lead follow-up, and communication skills to support customer experiences and measurable business results.

I’ve supported payment conversions through high-volume outbound calling, customer follow-up, objection handling, and accurate lead management in remote debt recovery work.

From 2022 to 2025, I managed thousands of customer leads, prioritised follow-ups by payment status and deadlines, and maintained professional, customer-focused conversations around outstanding loan obligations.
