I’m a customer-focused professional with experience delivering high-quality support in fast-paced environments. I handle customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally over the phone and digital channels.

In my branch roles, I processed customer transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, handled routine inquiries (account balances and transaction histories), and supported basic account maintenance. I also guided customers through opening new accounts, applying for loans, and understanding the benefits of different products.

I take pride in problem-solving and compliance—following all bank financial and security regulations and escalating complex cases when needed. I’ve recommended improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs, while helping maintain a positive branch environment through effective teamwork.

Alongside my customer service background, I’m progressing in finance and accounting—currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance and Investment (in view), with a BSc in Accounting (2:1) and ICAN Chartered Accountant progress. I’m tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms like Trello, Zoom, Teams, and Slack, and I work confidently and independently in remote environments.
