I provide SaaS, cloud, and enterprise application support, helping users resolve complex technical issues and adopt technology effectively. At ARFH, I supported more than 400 users across five state offices and served as an escalation point for Microsoft 365, Azure, and application issues.
I reduced infrastructure costs by supporting migration to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, while maintaining service levels through ITIL-based incident management. I also worked with vendors, developers, and business users to investigate software defects, validate fixes, and improve support outcomes.
Currently, I provide technical consulting and post-implementation support for cloud and business applications at Dusolta Multiventures. I enjoy troubleshooting, training users, creating clear documentation, and collaborating remotely across multicultural teams.
