I'm looking to contribute in business operations, corporate client services, operational analytics, process improvement, customer insights, or project coordination roles where I can improve workflows, reporting, and service delivery.

At Sterling Bank, I've supported corporate clients through onboarding, account activation, digital access, issue resolution, and post-onboarding service across the Customer Interaction Management Centre.
