I am a Business Operations and Banking Operations professional with 6+ years of experience spanning financial services, operations, process improvement, regulatory compliance, HR and technology-enabled transformation. I currently work at GTBank, where I manage high-volume banking operations across payments, loans, investments, tax operations and fixed deposits.

I have processed 14,000+ banking transactions while maintaining strong operational controls and compliance standards. I partnered with Technology to automate tax reporting across 200 branches, collaborated on integrating the banking platform with ProcessMaker to support Straight-Through Processing (STP), and participated in the bank’s Basis-to-Finacle migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). I was selected as a Train-the-Trainer, trained 80+ employees on Finacle, and continue to provide system support and troubleshooting within my division.

I am particularly interested in business operations, business analysis, process improvement, transformation, financial services, fintech and technology-enabled operations. I enjoy identifying inefficiencies, solving operational problems, improving workflows and working with different teams to implement practical solutions.

Earlier, I managed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, workforce planning, and recruitment process improvements across FADAC Resources & Services and Healthrak Limited.
