I'm currently supporting customers at CT Digital Consultancy Limited, responding through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. I assist with service requests, registrations, bookings, product questions, and complaints.

I keep accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions while following up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. I also collect customer feedback and communicate recurring concerns to management.

As a Customer Services Support Volunteer at the University of Ibadan Medical Center, I managed clinic records, reviewed documentation, supported patient intake, and coordinated appointments and follow-ups with clinical staff. I handled client inquiries with empathy while upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

I'm comfortable in high-volume support environments, managing inbound and outbound calls while using CRM practices, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MediRoutes, and remote collaboration tools. I bring clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong focus on positive customer experiences.
