What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service and support professional with “2+ years of experience across tech, healthcare, and media sectors.” I handle high-volume inquiries across digital channels, resolve issues quickly, and keep customer satisfaction strong in fast-paced environments.
In my most recent role as a Customer Care Officer, I managed service requests, complaints, and feedback using internal CRM tools, while providing first-line technical support for cloud hosting, connectivity, and enterprise solutions. I collaborated with technical teams to escalate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, improved customer communication templates to enhance brand tone, and guided new customers through onboarding, account setup, and service usage.
