What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can resolve user issues, support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, strengthen access management practices, and grow my cloud and security skills.

At Hyand Group, I delivered remote technical support for hardware, software, network, Windows, and Microsoft 365 issues while supporting user access requests and creating troubleshooting documentation.
