At Felbas Energy Services, I provided first- and second-line technical support for 40+ end users, resolving 15–20 hardware, software, and networking tickets each week.

I've installed, configured, and maintained 15+ endpoints with updates, backups, and antivirus deployment, while supporting remote users and onboarding and offboarding accounts for 40 staff. I also documented 100+ incidents to improve root-cause identification and support-team handoffs.

Outside day-to-day support, I build hands-on IT and security labs, including a three-VM Active Directory environment, a monitored honeypot integrated with Splunk, and a Docker-based automated case-management pipeline using TheHive, Cortex, and Elasticsearch.

My background in logistics, procurement, safety, and compliance has strengthened my documentation, operational risk awareness, and ability to work reliably in time-sensitive environments.
