I like to pursue opportunities where I feel that what I'm doing has a positive impact on people's lives. I'm also very attracted to your new agile working arrangement. I have family commitments and the opportunity to be flexible in my approach to work, remote working occasionally, would really help me meet those commitments while still being able to put a lot of energy into my work.

I am a highly motivated individual, thieve under pressure and capable to work in any circumstances that involves in my subjects and I always give my 100%. I have been working as a helpdesk support for the past 8 years with 7years in banking sector and 1 year in Food sector. My goal is to make a happy customers through my expert in service manager systems and solving customer challenges. When I started working for Steward bank, they have deployed close to 100 Pos machines and through hard work, team work and perseverance we managed to deploy and support 35000 customers and thereby being recognised as the best bank in Zimbabwe during that time.

I joined Steward Bank to deploy terminals directly to merchant sites in and around the city which has to be configures first in Postilion and Terminal Management Systems. I also repaired or replace terminals onsite if necessary, proactive monitoring and reporting of devices on a daily basis and provide a report which was then used by Management to maximise profit.
