I am a self-motivated and detail-conscious Executive Administrative Assistant with over 6 years of progressive experience with administrative support, project coordination, and executive assistance in both in-office and remote environments. My career has been based on delivering seamless administrative solutions to departments, executives, and teams using the ability to balance competing priorities with grace, clarity, and effectiveness.

I began my administrative career in the role of an Administrative Clerk for G.D. Irons Construction, where I learned the fundamentals of managing executive calendars, handling confidential correspondence, and designing professional presentations. I progressed to a more active Administrative Assistant role at Tyson Properties, where I not only supported a growing department but also learned about CRM software, event planning, and financial activities such as payment of invoices and expensing reports.

My growth resulted in my current role as a Remote Executive Administrative Assistant, where I support a remote team of over 20 professionals. In my role, I manage calendar scheduling, time zone scheduling, document organization, project tracking, and virtual meeting organization. I've continued to enhance operations effectiveness through responsible use of technology, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, Zoom, and Slack. I also take pride in anticipating the team's requirements, being discreet, and offering proactive support allowing leaders to focus on strategic projects.

Professionally, I enjoy process improvement, working remotely, and making leadership effective. I prefer to work in the background keeping things flowing and like being the point person responsible for keeping the rest of the team on track. I'm particularly drawn to roles in sales, marketing, or go-to-market teams, where fast-paced environments and shifting priorities keep me engaged and learning.

In terms of personal development, I’ve invested in certifications in areas such as IT Project Management, Admin Support, Cloud Data Engineering, and Digital & Social Media Marketing, reflecting my interest in aligning administrative work with broader business and tech trends. I’m also passionate about learning new tools and exploring how AI and automation can improve administrative workflows.

My ultimate goal is to keep building on my reach by helping visionary leaders and teams, and eventually expanding into roles that overlap executive support, project management, and business operations.
