What I'm looking for

I’m seeking practical workplace experience in a structured organisation that values learning and development. I’m interested in exposure to real-world IT and legal environments, including how law applies to technology, cybercrime, and data privacy.

At SURTECH Solutions in Rosebank, South Africa, I worked as a Lead Development Representative from February to July 2026. I conducted high-volume outbound calls to engage potential clients across international markets.

I managed CRM systems for call logging, data entry, and client record updates. I also handled objections and completed email follow-ups while working toward daily activity targets.
