I’m looking for roles in program management, product, strategy, or operations where I can drive execution, scale processes, and use data to improve outcomes. I value ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to work on high-impact problems in fast-paced environments.

I am a Program Manager with 6.5+ years of experience across strategy, operations, and customer-facing roles. Over the years, I’ve led multi-region programs, managed user/customer cohorts, and driven execution across fast-paced environments. My work has involved scaling operations, improving processes, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

In my previous roles, I’ve handled multiple projects simultaneously, built structured workflows, and used data (primarily through Excel-based dashboards and reporting) to track performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements. I also have experience in application testing and pre-production validation, working closely with engineering and end users to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth deployments in real-world environments.

Additionally, I’ve completed a data analytics certification covering SQL, Tableau, Python, and R, which has strengthened my foundation in data-driven thinking. While my core experience is in program and operations management, I am actively building my analytics capabilities to take on more data-driven roles.

I enjoy solving complex operational problems, improving user experiences, and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
