I’m a motivated Customer Relations Associate who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and taking on new challenges. My background as a Customer Care Associate helped me build real-world experience in handling pressure and communicating clearly with all kinds of people.

In my current role, I manage inbound calls and chats to deliver fast, efficient, and accurate responses. I resolve customer queries and complaints by troubleshooting technical and service issues, while consistently following call center standards and policies to maintain high service quality.

I also bring strong teamwork, time management, and critical thinking to every interaction—backed by a record of zero errors and high customer satisfaction. Now I’m looking for an opportunity to build on these skills, make a positive impact, and keep growing through digital tools and learning in areas like digital marketing.
