I am a dynamic and confident individual with a strong foundation in human resources and customer engagement. My journey began at Hatton National Bank PLC, where I currently excel as a Customer Engagement Associate. I have consistently been recognized as a top performer in the call center, demonstrating my ability to effectively manage inquiries and complaints in English, Sinhala, and Tamil. My role involves not only answering calls but also ensuring that customer interactions are documented accurately in our CRM system.

Prior to my current position, I honed my customer service skills at Scicom Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, where I was responsible for providing solutions to customer inquiries for the Bank of Ceylon project. My academic background includes a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management, and I am currently pursuing a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management. I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge in a permanent HR position that allows me to contribute positively to organizational operations.
