What I'm looking for
I bring strong customer service experience with the ability to support people through complex situations. I have assisted student loan borrowers by explaining options for affordable long-term payments, suspending payments due to major life changes, and providing payment history information. I also process payments, send receipts and correspondence, and apply deferments to borrower accounts.
Before that, I served as a General Manager where I organized and implemented daily operations across front desk and housekeeping teams. I handled administrative and clerical responsibilities such as maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, documenting and maintaining petty cash, preparing payroll, and sending and receiving mail. I also supported hiring and day-to-day coordination by scheduling and conducting meetings and interviews.
I’m proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with office equipment, computers, and phones—often while working on multiple monitors using multiple programs. I type at least 40 WPM and rely on clear written and verbal communication, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or in groups under deadlines. I’m currently pursuing further education in the social sciences and plan to continue into psychology.
