What I'm looking for

Leadership roles are where I tend to best help the company or department by developing a stellar team with high efficiency. The biggest fall of most departments is poor or mismanagement of duties or teams. Employees don't quit their employers, they quit their managers! Empathy and guidance go a long way towards morale and retention!

I have been in sales for over 20 years, always at the top of the leaderboards, a go-to for knowledge and problem solving, and love my customers when building a following whether remote or in person.

I have also spent about 10 of those years in multiple tech/IT roles which helps to develop a deep understanding of product knowledge and empathy for customers' issues with products, which help me to provide bespoke solutions.

I began as a regular office staff personnel, earned my insurance licenses for 2 states in all lines of insurance, and within 6 months was promoted to office manager. I educate customers on types of coverage in order to make informed decisions, and have wrote the most business for agent offices in our county. I do so by old school hard work, building rapport, referrals, and customer loyalty/trust.
