With over 20 years of customer service experience in multinational companies, I have honed my skills in resolving escalated complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. My journey began at the Beijing Institute of Technology, where I earned a Bachelor of Radio Technology. Since then, I have developed a strong foundation in both technical and customer-facing roles, allowing me to bridge the gap between technology and customer needs.

In my most recent position as a Customer Support Representative at Connex Global Communications, I achieved a perfect customer rating by effectively managing inquiries across multiple channels. My bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin have enabled me to connect with a diverse clientele, and my technical expertise has allowed me to provide comprehensive troubleshooting support. I am dedicated to continuous improvement and have consistently received excellent performance evaluations throughout my career.
