What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical learning and technology-adoption programs where I can translate complex tools into confident, independent user capability while partnering closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders.

I've led global learning, technology adoption, and capability-building work at McKinsey & Company, designing programs for technical teams and enterprise product rollouts. My Box adoption initiatives reached 85% adoption within three months, and a communication and career program helped 91% of targeted participants move out of Performance Improvement Plans.

At INCAE Business School, I design employability, consulting methodology, and career development programs across graduate cohorts, while delivering hundreds of structured mentoring sessions each year. I turn technical concepts into practical learning experiences using data, learner feedback, stakeholder collaboration, and tools including Cornerstone, Canvas, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
