What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles at the intersection of learning, enablement, and organizational transformation—ideally within global or regional environments where I can scale enablement products and drive adoption across distributed teams.

I lead enterprise-wide digital enablement at Concentrix, fully remote since 2020, across NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC, ASEAN, and the Philippines. I’ve managed a portfolio of four global learning products, including an AI-powered video platform for 200K+ users and an in-house roleplay AI platform serving 20,000+ internal learners.

Before that, I ran innovation discovery and vendor assessments through production deployments, helping drive executive approval for new initiatives. I also supported change management and capability development so teams could actually adopt what we shipped.

Earlier, I served as a primary point of contact for a healthcare enterprise account across Costa Rica and Colombia, managing ~1,200 seats and using NPS/CSAT to drive continuous improvement. I’m also trained as a certified Leadership Coach, and my background in bilingual education and educational psychopedagogy keeps my approach grounded in learning outcomes.
