At TransUnion, I project managed sales enablement events and created courseware in Articulate Storyline and Rise in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I also edited videos, translated communications, and interpreted at events.
Earlier, at VMware Inc., IBM Costa Rica, OfficeSpace Software, and Fujitsu Consulting Costa Rica, I worked across instructional design, project management, knowledge management, and training. At Fujitsu Consulting Costa Rica, I created and facilitated a career development program whose graduates often moved into higher-level roles.
