I'm currently managing full-cycle IT recruitment at Sequoia Connect, hiring junior through senior technology talent across LATAM. I analyze requisitions, build sourcing strategies, conduct technical and cultural-fit interviews, and lead candidate negotiations.
Previously, I owned end-to-end IT recruitment at Distillery and Sequoia Connect, supporting hiring across React, Angular, Node, Python, .NET, Ruby, Data, DevOps, QA, Mobile, BI/BA, Java, SAP, Oracle, Cisco, and Tech Support. I work closely with hiring teams under Agile/Scrum practices and bring Scrum Master certification to my partnerships with engineering and product teams.
