I’m looking to lead talent acquisition strategy and TA operations in high-growth tech, partner with senior leaders, and ship AI/data-driven recruiting improvements that reduce manual work while improving quality of hire.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner with 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA, specializing in high-growth tech environments. I blend strategy with hands-on execution—translating headcount needs into regional hiring plans, owning quality of hire, and driving TA Operations through pipeline and ATS optimization.

In my current role, I architect and own full-cycle talent attraction for technical and non-technical roles across multiple markets, advising senior hiring managers on candidate assessment, compensation benchmarking, and hiring decisions. I engineered a best-in-class candidate experience that achieved approximately 100% offer acceptance rate by maintaining proactive communication, managing competing offers, and negotiating compensation packages. I also maintain pipeline hygiene across Greenhouse and Gem to track hiring velocity metrics, eliminate sourcing bottlenecks, and support smooth onboarding from offer acceptance to day one.

Previously, I founded and built the IT recruitment division in Mexico from scratch, hiring, training, and leading a team of 7 recruiters across LATAM and India. I defined KPIs and designed data-driven sourcing workflows, established structured repeatable recruiting processes, and improved pipeline conversion rates quarter over quarter. I led coaching and performance reviews, and I supported business growth by securing 2 new clients through client acquisition and consultative engagement.

I’ve also strengthened my edge through hands-on recruiting across specialized IT markets and evolving HR responsibilities. Beyond hiring operations, I actively builds and deploys AI-powered recruiting tools—using the same mindset to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce manual process overhead at scale—through projects like AI career coaching, candidate-sourcing platforms, and an open-source ATS for LATAM small businesses.
