I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner with 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA, specializing in high-growth tech environments. I blend strategy with hands-on execution—translating headcount needs into regional hiring plans, owning quality of hire, and driving TA Operations through pipeline and ATS optimization.
In my current role, I architect and own full-cycle talent attraction for technical and non-technical roles across multiple markets, advising senior hiring managers on candidate assessment, compensation benchmarking, and hiring decisions.
