I’m looking for a People & Culture team where I can lead end-to-end hiring, optimize recruitment processes, and elevate candidate experience—while supporting onboarding, employer branding, and employee engagement.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Lead in People & Culture with 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, recruitment operations, onboarding, and people & culture initiatives.

I manage 360 recruitment for Customer Service, IT, and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to align hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies. I’ve recruited for roles including Java Developers, Product Owners, Data Scientists, Enterprise Architects, UX/UI Designers, Ruby on Rails Developers, and Customer Service Representatives.

I lead and optimize recruitment workflows to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience, coordinate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Workable, and employee referrals, and supervise a junior recruiter with onboarding guidance and operational support.

I also support onboarding logistics (welcome kits and first-day experiences), employer branding, and employee engagement activities—such as designing gamified referral programs and representing the company at career fairs and recruitment events. Before this, I led full-cycle recruitment for IT and software engineering roles (Java, Spring, Microservices, AWS, Angular, iOS, and Mobile Development) and trained and onboarded new recruiters.
