I am a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition professional with more than nine years of experience in recruiting, DEI, training and performance evaluation.

At Integra I defined and executed talent attraction, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development strategies, filling non-tech roles across Finance, Operations, HR, Sales and Marketing as well as technical roles including Java, JavaScript, Erlang, Python, Cloud, cybersecurity, DBAs, SREs, QA, DevOps, project management and product design.

At Percona I recruited globally across the Americas, EMEA and Asia for both technical and non-technical roles, contributed to redesigning TA practices, improved traffic to the careers page and helped onboard and coach other TA partners and talent scouts.

Previously as Senior Corporate Recruiter I filled roles from field employees to C-level executives, implemented sourcing and process improvements using Boolean strings, Google X-ray and social networks to increase candidate quality and speed to hire. I hold advanced management and business administration credentials and I am fluent in Spanish and English.
