At ODUNLAMI LAW OFFICE, I built and led the legal intake operation, creating intake scripts, CRM workflows, and follow-up sequences. After redesigning intake and CRM follow-up processes in Lawmatics, I improved consultation-to-retainer conversion by approximately 80%.

I managed 60 to 69 consultations monthly and converted approximately 30 to 40 qualified prospects into signed retainers. I guided prospective clients through discovery, objections, follow-up, and payment across immigration and family law matters.

I recruited, onboarded, and coached a remote team of four intake specialists. I also introduced a 15-Minute Case Review re-engagement initiative for prospects who had previously consulted but not retained.
