In my current role as a Service BDC Representative / Sales Receptionist at Toyota of Greensboro, I manage diverse inbound communications across sales and service and coordinate 40–60 weekly service appointments. I process, route, and follow up on sales leads for the executive sales team, while using CRM to track interactions and maintain meticulous records.
