My work included surfacing recurring customer feedback, reducing returns through systemic improvements, and improving processes to reduce repeat inbound inquiries.

As an independent marketing consultant, I rebuilt CRM pipelines and reporting processes for e-commerce and retail clients, creating real-time visibility into pipeline health and identifying conversion gaps. I also advised founders on go-to-market strategy and negotiated vendor agreements that strengthened partner offerings and supply-chain reliability.
