Muhammad Usman Nazir

I’m a BS Computer Science student and an aspiring IT, Networking, and Cloud professional with hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, technical support, customer service, and remote operations. My goal is to build a long-term career in technology while continuously learning, taking on challenging responsibilities, and growing with an international team.

At Netkom Technologies, I worked on real-world IT infrastructure and enterprise networking, including deploying and managing Ruijie Cloud-managed networks across multiple office floors. I monitored network performance, identified faults, handled troubleshooting, and helped maintain 99%+ network uptime. I also remotely supported servers and IT operations for offices in Oman, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, resolving issues involving networking, hardware, software, printers, Microsoft Outlook/Office, Gmail, and general user support.

I also gained experience in IT asset management, network documentation, vendor coordination, and technical operations. Alongside infrastructure responsibilities, I supported certification and testing operations as an authorized administrator for Pearson VUE, Kryterion, and PSI, successfully supporting 250+ professional certification exams across 16+ technology domains. I also contributed to digital learning initiatives, WordPress-based projects, market research, B2B outreach, and certification program development.

Currently, I work remotely as a Customer Support Representative for a U.S.-based company, where I handle high-volume customer interactions, loan-related inquiries, account support, verification, CRM documentation, and compliance-related processes. This experience has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, customer handling, and remote-work skills while working with an international team.

I have also developed my knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, networking, and DevOps, supported by Microsoft certifications in Azure Administration, Architecture, and DevOps.

I’m interested in IT Support, Technical Support, Network Support, Cloud Support, IT Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, HR/Recruitment, Operations, and other remote opportunities where I can contribute from day one while continuing to develop professionally.

I’m particularly interested in working with international and remote-first companies where performance, learning, teamwork, and long-term growth are valued. I’m available for remote opportunities worldwide and open to entry-level and junior positions that provide an opportunity to prove myself and grow within the organization.
