What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT support or system administration role where I can apply my certifications and hands-on troubleshooting skills, grow technically, and deliver excellent customer service.

I am a recent BS Computer Science graduate with certification in Google IT Support and IBM Full Stack Software Developer from Coursera, experienced in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues. I bring practical knowledge in system and network administration, network security, and customer-focused technical support.

During my studies and certification coursework I developed hands-on skills with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, cloud infrastructure, and application security, and I have experience installing and configuring Windows and other software. I am comfortable diagnosing problems across infrastructure layers and communicating solutions clearly to end users.

I am eager to grow in IT support and system administration roles where I can contribute to efficient IT operations, improve incident response, and deliver outstanding customer service while continuing to expand my technical expertise.
