I seek a technical leadership role implementing and optimizing ServiceNow platforms, emphasizing integrations, automation, and mentorship in an agile, collaborative environment.

I am a ServiceNow professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience in development, administration, and platform integrations, focused on delivering scalable ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM solutions. I design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations while managing CMDB and asset lifecycles.

At IBM and prior roles I led technical delivery, mentored junior developers, and executed complex integrations (Perspectium/SnowMirror, REST/SOAP, Thycotic) and ETL strategies, improving automation, security, and analytics capability across enterprise environments. I have driven platform upgrades, implemented MAC/ACL frameworks, and configured Service Catalogs, Change Management, and ITAM processes.
