I am a ServiceNow Developer and architect with over 13 years in IT and 7+ years focused on ServiceNow, holding a ServiceNow System Administrator certification. I have implemented and integrated multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, Service Portal, CMDB and orchestrations across cloud providers like AWS, Azure and VMware.

I deliver end-to-end solutions: discovery, service mapping, MID Server configuration, REST/SOAP/LDAP integrations, Service Catalogs, custom application development and automation using ITOM orchestration.
