I’m looking to continue building organized, people-first recruiting and HR processes—partnering cross-functionally, strengthening compliance, and improving systems so candidates, employees, and hiring teams have a smooth experience.

I’m an HR and recruiting professional who enjoys helping people from their first interview through onboarding and beyond. I focus on building relationships, keeping hiring organized, and creating a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and employees.

In my current HR Recruiter role at Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company, I partner with hiring managers to recruit across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I coordinate interviews and hiring logistics, manage recruiting workflows and employment documentation with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality, and support new hire onboarding, orientation, benefits guidance, and onboarding schedules.

Previously, as Associate Registrar at Missouri State University, I led major scheduling and rollout efforts—including implementing Coursedog as Project Manager. I managed end-to-end readiness, testing, stakeholder communication, and training for over 100 users, and I improved processes such as residency reclassification and international customized enrollment by centralizing ownership into a single, cohesive team.

Earlier, as Registrar at Cox College, I combined recruitment and admissions support with compliance-focused operations. I recruited and mentored prospective students through the admissions pipeline, led onboarding initiatives and staff training resources, served as a functional lead for the Jenzabar Student Information System, and directed a campus-wide records digitization initiative that saved approximately $100,000 while redesigning workflows to improve efficiency and increase application revenue.
