I’m looking to continue owning end-to-end recruiting in high-volume environments, partnering closely with hiring managers, and improving hiring workflows through recruiting systems, analytics, and continuous process upgrades.

I’m a highly experienced recruiter with 8 years in the industry, focused on high-volume recruiting, systems implementation, and comprehensive candidate management. I bring strong skill in sourcing, interviewing, applicant review, and building productive partnerships with hiring managers and teams.

Across my roles, I’ve owned the full recruiting lifecycle—posting jobs, extending offers, scheduling and facilitating panel interviews, and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the pre-hire process. I’m also the kind of recruiter who keeps hiring teams aligned through clear communication, qualified candidate submissions, and timely coordination.

As a subject matter expert for recruiting systems, I lead initiatives that optimize team performance and streamline workflows. I’ve researched and implemented a new professional reference software, a new ATS, and a new project management tool, and I train and mentor new team members while developing improved interview questions.
