What I'm looking for
I’ve worked across higher education, semiconductor manufacturing, recruitment services, insurance, business consulting, and landscaping—building my strengths in time management, training and development, and employee onboarding. I’m driven by creating a positive work environment where all levels of the organization can communicate openly and understand one another.
In recruiting and HR roles, I’ve focused on sourcing candidates, conducting effective interviews, and supporting the candidate journey with frequent communication and a professional first impression. I’ve also handled onboarding end-to-end, from processing employment documentation to training new teammates and ensuring a smooth start.
I bring a detail-oriented, systems mindset: maintaining 100% data integrity, managing confidential files, and using talent reporting and data to identify hiring opportunities. I’m especially motivated to be considered for a full-time Human Resources position where I can support employee empowerment and help leaders make informed people decisions.
