I’m a customer service and collections agent with 2 years of experience in debt-related customer engagement. In my previous role, I organized work with debtors/third parties in accordance with the operator’s regulations, and I became strong in listening and negotiating.

I prepared statements of claim, loan contracts and all relevant documents, and I sent timely court notices to debtors through email and WhatsApp. I also filled timely certificate of service every time a court notice was sent, ensuring my work stayed accurate and well-documented.

I respond to respondents’ queries, requests and proposals, and I provide timely reports and updates on the progress and outcome of each case. I’m goal oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and I communicate professionally in English while maintaining a friendly attitude.

I adapt quickly in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment, and I’m proactively involved in assuring the happiness and satisfaction of the customer. I’m willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed.
