What I'm looking for

I’m looking to further develop my customer service and problem-solving skills as a customer service representative in a contact center company.

At CCI Kenya, I handled inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and live chat support. I also resolved customer complaints and followed up with customers.

At 4G-capital, I answered inbound calls, made outbound calls, and handled customer complaints. I also followed up on calls and updated customer databases.

At GDYA, I managed delinquent accounts and tracked outstanding debts for collection efforts. I planned recovery actions, negotiated payment plans, and investigated account discrepancies.

I graduated from Chuka University with a major in Communication and Media. I’m looking to further develop my customer service and problem-solving skills as a customer service representative in a contact center company.
