I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle high call volumes, solve problems fast, follow procedures, and help clients through accurate communication, negotiation, and consistent reporting while growing my skills.

I’m an experienced customer service professional currently working as a Debt Collection Agent, where I track assigned accounts, locate and contact debtors, and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. I focus on listening carefully, solving problems efficiently, and handling questions or complaints with professionalism.

Before that, I worked as a Contact Center Agent at Ngao Credit Ltd, managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and following call center scripts. I identified customers’ needs, clarified information, researched issues, provided solutions, and kept work organized through consistent reporting.

I also bring customer service experience from Jumia Kenya, handling receiving inbound calls, sorting clients’ needs, and submitting daily reports. Earlier, as a Telesales Representative at Platinum Credit Limited, I contacted customers using scripts, answered product questions, gathered requirements, closed sales, and directed prospects to the field sales team when needed.

I’m dedicated to following procedures and building trust—whether through updating account databases, investigating and resolving discrepancies, or handling grievances to protect the company’s reputation. I work well both in team environments and independently, and I’m committed to winning loyal customers through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
