What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities serving the US market in inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting.

In my freelance sales and business development work, I develop sales plans, generate leads, manage pipelines, and provide personalized client support. I also coordinate onboarding and contract adjustments.

From 2022 to mid-2023, I worked remotely as a Call Agent / Sales Representative for U.S.-Based Real Estate & Tax Companies. I managed inbound and outbound leads in real estate, insurance, and tax services, and generated opportunities through calls, email, and online platforms.

I scheduled client meetings and consultations via Zoom, guided clients on solutions, and maintained lead records in Salesforce and REsimpli. I achieved consistent conversion rates and exceeded client expectations.

In June 2026, I completed Dreamport’s Stage 1 & Pre-Live Independent Travel Manager certification, including 26 training modules, and was invited to Live Nesting. Earlier, I worked in banking and financial services, assisting clients and handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
