I’m a sales and purchasing professional with 11+ years of experience in general merchandise, where I’ve combined customer-focused selling with disciplined procurement and inventory awareness. I’m known for staying organized, reliable, and solution-oriented while managing multiple priorities.

In my most recent role as Experience Manager (Sales and Store operation), I established and grew an aftermarketsales department—setting sales targets and introducing customer satisfaction surveys. I boosted revenue through effective inside sales marketing strategies, agronomy sales strategies, and by streamlining sales processes.

I also strengthened performance by maintaining a visually appealing, well-stocked sales floor and training retail sales teams on acquisition, techniques, and company policies. I analyzed sales, wrote sales reports, and set sales goals for the cosmetics counter while supporting pre-sales assistance and post-sales follow-up.

Earlier in my career, I worked as Programmer Assistant (Technical Support Personnel), delivering technical support for networks, servers, and applications. I installed and configured SUSE Linux Server, Windows XP clients, WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 6.0, DB2 UDB 8.2, and Apache, supported LAN operations, monitored server health, and handled troubleshooting, backup, and restore—backed by a B.Tech in Information Technology and an OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) credential.
