What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging IT role where I can support systems and stores end-to-end, resolve networking/POS/CCTV issues, and grow my IT skills further while working with others to deliver reliable results on time.

I’m an IT Administrator with a proven track record in designing websites, networking, and managing systems. I provide technical support across multiple stores, handling everything from PC/POS setup to printers, scanners, Wi‑Fi routers, and email-related support while keeping operations running on time.

At MAM Food, I support 20 stores by configuring and maintaining networks, POS, CCTV/DVR, and menu screen TVs, and I resolve system issues remotely using TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Previously, I delivered broad IT support and helpdesk services at Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society, including Office 365 administration and PowerApps reporting, and earlier I built and maintained applications as a Software Engineer and Computer Programmer using VB/VB.Net and SQL-based databases.
