What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own IT infrastructure reliability—remote and on-site troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, backups, and networking—while working closely with customers and vendors to deliver practical solutions and support business growth.

I’m an IT System Administrator with 10+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, handling technical support, and managing day-to-day administration. I combine troubleshooting with a customer-first approach—identifying requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.

In my current role in Dubai, I install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for PCs, printers, and related systems, while resolving hardware, software, and network issues across head office, warehouses, and remote branches. I also perform chip-level diagnostics and repair for both laptops and desktops, and I set up operating systems and Microsoft 365, including backup and file management.

Earlier, I managed company systems and communication platforms, including email and internet access, and handled Tally ERP configuration and backup routines. I also supported broader environments such as CCTV, biometric attendance, and access controls, and I coordinated procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to keep operations running smoothly.

I’ve also worked on LANs, WANs, and wireless networks (switches and other hardware), ensured compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards, and collaborated with teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. With Microsoft and Cisco certifications, I’m comfortable bridging technical delivery with vendor coordination and customer relationship management.
