I’m looking to contribute to performance-focused retail organizations in a supervisory capacity—leading daily operations, coaching teams, and using KPI tracking to improve conversion, UPT, and customer experience with strong SOP discipline.

I’m a retail operations leader with 4+ years in premium fashion, focused on driving conversion, UPT, and customer experience through disciplined store execution. I’m known for data-driven decision-making and strong floor leadership in fast-paced environments.

As Store supervisor/Incharge, I lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and implement floor strategies to achieve sales targets. I coach and motivate my team, manage scheduling and shift planning, handle escalations, and support visual merchandising and stock management.
