I'm looking for a commercial role where I can build pipelines, grow key accounts, strengthen customer retention and turn practical market insight into revenue growth.

I've built Apex Plant Hire's commercial journey from prospecting and quotations through delivery, invoicing and repeat business. I generate demand through direct outreach, referrals, digital channels and promotional content while developing trusted supplier, contractor and client relationships.

At Ticketmaster, I managed strategic relationships with event promoters, venues and entertainment partners, presenting ticketing solutions, supporting onboarding and coordinating high-profile event delivery. My background also includes hospitality-platform support at Lobster Ink and high-volume customer service at Discovery Health, supported by Salesforce, reporting, CRM discipline and hands-on commercial delivery.
