What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative or operations role where I can keep records accurate, coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and improve day-to-day processes in a collaborative environment.

I’ve worked in insurance and financial-services operations since 2017, with experience across sales administration and insurance operations. My work has involved managing applications, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, documentation, billing, claims administration, and other day-to-day processes.

I’m used to working with large volumes of information, reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, following up on requirements, and coordinating with internal teams, agents, underwriters, and insurance providers to keep processes moving.

I also have earlier experience in marketing, events, procurement, logistics, and digital content. I enjoy organized, process-driven work and learning new tools and systems. I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities in operations, back-office support, administration, and data-related roles where I can use my attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
